I am 31, and not due for my next cycle to start for 11 days.
I shouldn't have worried so much. Tomorrow is the official weigh day, and I know I should stop weighing every day.
But now I am tracking macros, then I weigh every day, the numbers are really sucking me in and getting me obsessed again.
This was my main reason for changing to this WOL, as I didn't want to be a slave to the numbers forever.
But I do know that while I have over 100 lbs to lose, I need to be careful and really make sure I am eating what I need only.
