    I think I need to read GB journal, hmm.

    My dinner is going to be awesome.
    Lamb steaks, plus sweet potato (my only carbs for today keeping me under 50g), and butter.
    Going to try to eat dinner around 2-3 pm, as if I eat with my family at 6pm, and then go for my walk I feel bloated and sick.

    Jenn thats not too much over, should be OK?

    A question for those "supplementing" with CO ala the ShangriLa Diet.....

    Do you count this in your fat ratios? Or is it above and beyond?

    From what i understand it still needs to fit in your macros, but I could be wrong LOL

    Because you ladies will understand...

    Came home to make a quick, late dinner because I went to see a movie after work. Made some guacamole (avocado, little salt, little garlic powder, little onion powder, crushed red pepper and mush that stuff!) meaning to eat it with a few carrots. I sat down and ate a bit plain... And promptly devoured the bowl of guac with a fork. It was damned good.
