Pebbles, you might add salted regular broth to the possible electrolyte choices. I know for me I wouldn't eat bullion and bone broth is just kind of a pain- trying to find good healthy bones. The broth seems to work for me. I do salt it with Himalayan salt and lite salt which has potassium. It's just a convenient choice w/o the MSG. Of course, pretty sure there are MSG free bullion choices available too which you might mention.
