I'm waiting until Friday morning to weigh in. I'm not sure what to expect in regards to weightloss this time around.

I think I supp more than a lot of folks around here. I take Alive women's multi, D3, B-complex with added B-12(slightly anemic), magnesium, potassium, and zinc. I'm working on getting over the ick(allergies) so I have added zinc and upped D3 for a bit.

Blueberry et al Please remember that most of my 17 lbs was weight I gained over xmas. I was 235 on 12/24. 247.5 on 1/1 so my net loss to this point is really 4.5 lbs.

This is what I used to take:

    StressB + Iron (for adrenals)
    B12 (for mood)
    D3 (for mood)
    Cod Liver Oil (for mood)
    Vitamin C (for mood)
Selenium (not sure why I take this one)
Maca (for libido - not working)
Iodine (to counter some of the effects of maca)
Zinc (for libido - not working)
    5-htp (for mood)

I have, as of today, reduced to just these:

    StressB + Iron
    B12
    D3
    Cod Liver Oil
    Vitamin C
    5-htp

I will be adding vitex in a few days. Gotta get some first.

Has anyone else on HFLC noticed feeling warmer? Not feverish warmer, but less cold. Not needing a jacket at the office anymore, that sort of thing.

I gained 13 lbs between October 1 and January 1. I blame adjusting to hormones (kicked hormonal bc to the curb and things started surging again mid to late October and I had a hard time controlling the sugar cravings).

Since January 2, I have lost 11 of those 13 lbs. For some reason or another, I'm up 3 lbs today, despite eating perfect macros yesterday... probably the sodium from the commercial grade bouillon I had to drink yesterday due to the lack of Herb Ox.

Hoping to hit the 13 lbs lost mark by the end of the month, but not holding my breath. It would be nice to start February losing new weight, but since the scale read 191 this morning and my all time Primal low is 184, that's 7 lbs to lose before Friday... probably not going to happen.

Don't shirk yourself! What you lost is still damn awesome! Seventeen or 4.5 lb, it's still big enough to be a small dog.
