I have issues and can't eat nuts anymore.
So... not nuts for me.
Also, I don't eat chocolate any longer for the same reason.
Coffee is my last hold out as a "it might be sorta bad for me" but I'm NOT giving it up thing.
I also have a confession...
I finally made the cream cheese clouds.
Don't really like them.
I don't have much of a sweet tooth anymore.
I think it's because I've been doing this longer that the rest of you maybe?
I have my little indulgence of real frozen custard once every couple weeks, and a baked sweet plantain about that often, and that's it.
I also have a touch of artificial sweetner in my coffee in the morning, but not enough that it is really sweet... just barely there.
That's all I need I guess.
I don't yearn for anything more than that.
At the beginning of Honey Crisp apple time I was having one or two a week and REALLY enjoying them... but to me those are better than 'sweets'.
My taste buds have really changed over time.
