Don't give up what you want MOST, for what you want NOW
Alrighty then mr. spammer hopefully, you are gone for a while at least.
You ladies sure are chatty I think I just read 8 pages. I have resorted to eating coconut milk fat straight out of the can at night to get my calories up. It works. So far my weight gain has stopped so I am sitting at 4 pounds heavier than I was but not getting any higher so I feel good about that. I also feel like I'll probably be down lower tomorrow. Not sure why it's just how I felt today, so we shall see. I need to find time for more exercise which would really help my weight loss efforts. For right now I can manage 2-4 mile walk a day. Bike every once in a while also some push ups when I think about them.
My totals for today look pretty good. More protein and less fat than my goal but much closer calorie wise.
calories 1389
Fat 116 g
Carbs19 g
Fiber3 g
Protein 73 g

Thank you for the welcome everyone.
I will be very curious as to whether my almost three pound whoosh sticks tomorrow.
I was much hungrier today than yesterday but I did ok.
Calories 1391. Good macros again today!
Protein 21%
Carbs. 10%
Fat. 69%
I walked 6 miles. 3 at 6:30 am, 3 at 4 pm. I got a little tired the last mile of the day but I also worked all day.
Thanks everyone for the inspiration!

BAM!
I spose some one can add that to the recipe thread if they want to.
Our body is our subconscious mind, and anybody who thinks that their conscious mind is running the show is seriously mistaken. In fact the conscious mind just may be the most narcissistic entity in the universe, it thinks it's running the show. It's not.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.
Good morning ladies!
I hope you don't mind that I'm posting in this thread, since I am going with a more balanced approach with my macros.
Yesterday,I had my carbs set at 20%...I ate some avocado with salt and it seemed to help. But,I was a lagging a bit later in the day. I did the same with the avocado this morning, and upped my carbs a bit to see how I feel...
I have a Body Media Fit armband and it says I should eat 2115 calories and go for a burn of 2365(I was eating 1900 calories,as I stated before). But,I find that it's hard to reach my macros sometimes if I stay at 1900,so...today I'm over that and I'm concentrating on hitting my macros. I'm going to see how how I feel today and report back.
Off to work I go,have a good day!:0
