    And Sue this is about more than just weight loss, as I have also already posted today.
    My health has improved a HUGE amount, and I am getting my life back.
    What is better than that?

    I wonder if raising my calories would make a difference,since I am so close to my goal? Maybe closer to Maintenance cals?

    I'm such a newbie at this and I appreciate your guidance.

    I just don't think its right, that the new people get scared off LC because of these trolls hanging around here.
    I just share my experience, then get told by them I am wrong. Of course that is going to annoy me.
    And being spoken to like I am an idiot when I have already said something gets me even more irked up.

    Shyloh I think that I would start with the more balanced approach that I based on the information in the PB book. You are new to this lifestyle and you work out a lot. Have you ever been obese or dealt with an eating disorder? It seems to me that people who have not messed up their metabolisms too much can do well on the PB as written. I have been obese most of my life and have a binge eating disorder so controlling cravings and retraining my body and mind are extremely important. Others here are doing ketosis for medical reasons.

    Either way, keep us updated on how it is going.
