    Chris I don't get the potato thing either, but hey if it works for them. Yeah taters make me fat too, and I could eat a bucket at once.

    Paula those are the things that used to set me off. Keep at it. You seem to be much better with holding it off do you think?

    You are doing great too Jenn. Can you eat something first, and just avoid anything at all there?
    Not doing it without dairy, but having butter, but any other dairy messes me up with my candida, and my mood I realised yesterday too after the cream cheese. I think it would be harder without butter, but doable. Would just take some serious thinking about how.
    Creamed coconut and coconut butter is the same. I don't put mine in the fridge, but on hot days, the oil separates from the creamed stuff.

    I feel much better this morning. I am not going to let yesterday get me down.

    And got my ground LAMB!

    ... and there was much rejoicing.

    My mock gyro meatloaf is baking away.

    nivia, if you go to the black strip toward the top of the page, and click on "community", then click on groups, there should be one called LCHF recipe group. Join it if you want to add recipes, or just check out what is already there. I added the link as a new discussion in the group so it would be easy to find.

    Ashley go for a walk or do some housework. Food will not help you if you aren't hungry, especially not ice cream!

    whip up some heavy cream with a touch of stevia (or sweetener of choice) and a sprinkle of nuts or chopped dark chocolate. Honestly better than store bought ice cream.
