Yeah, the farting goes away, though. Since I just used potatoes I have no idea how much RS I was getting, but my initial dose was about 1/2 a small potato daily. Took about a week, then when the gas went away, I upped it to a whole potato. Of course, I wasn't refrigerating - so whatever starch was making it through, I don't know.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
