Hey all,

My name is Kenny, I've been reading the blog for a while and have been through the main book and the fitness ebook a few times through. I'm not completely primal due to the fact that I'm in college and that lifestyle is pretty difficult to maintain.

Once I graduate and get a steady paycheck and career I plan on going fully primal and I can't wait for it!

I also do a bit more intense fitness that in PB simply because I enjoy it and I'm working toward some pretty big goals (one arm pushups and pullups, one arm handstand pushups, that kind of stuff)
