A brown banana mashed up, stir in a gob of coconut cream, a tablespoon or two of cocoa powder and a splash of vanilla. If I can wait, it goes in the freezer for half an hour or so...topped with home roasted ground hazelnuts, it's to die for.

If you still consume dairy and alcohol, you don't necessarily need an ice cream maker:

When I made it, I added some frozen cherries and macadamia nuts for some texture. You can probably use coconut cream in place of milk too, I'm not sure how it'll affect flavour though. And if you don't want all that grog, adding sugar also helps to prevent ice crystals forming, but I don't know the ratios.

Oh and I love making panna cotta (is that paleo? Cream/coconut cream, gelatin, fruit and sugar) and this coconut chocolate banana pie I found on a blog.

So far only thing I really eat that's paleo junk food is Caveman Bakery — Natural and Delicious Gluten-free, Grain Free, Dairy Free Cookies mainly the original, I can't decide if I like or hate the alpine, but the original is a nice little snack I can keep in my drawer at work for the rare days I need some source of energy at work.

All it is is honey, almond meal, walnuts, raisins, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Chocolate. I probably eat several pounds of it in a given month, but it keeps me sane.

100% chocolate with beans from Central America or northern South America are my favorite. Madagascar beans are also a fave.

Nomz. I love treats! My faves:
    • Coconut flour waffles
    • Fudge - coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey or syrup and walnuts
    • "Almond Joy Bites" - take a spoonful of coconut oil, put a few little pieces of dark chocolate on top (like one square broken up, or a few chips), and top with coconut flkes. YUM.

I love making fried bananas with butter and cinnamon. My wife makes some amazing primal cookies, but they use a lot of honey so they are a definate once-in-a-while treat. I also make a berry or chocolate "mousse" with heavy cream. Mmmmmm.
