I recently soaked and dried some squash seeds -they're sitting in a container right now ... how do I eat it? Is it ready to eat, since I soaked and left it out to dry? Steam it? Cook it?

I always roast my squash seeds just like you would roast pumpkin seeds---they are lovely! Spread in a pan, a little sea salt, cook around 350 until they dry out---sometimes they pop if you cook too long or too high temp
