If I'm getting ready to flesh out my kitchen, is there anything negative health wise that I should know about things like silicone muffin pans, pan liners, etc? Thanks for any help.

I use them and don't worry about it, but I'm sure someone somewhere has a reason not to use them.
The muffin liners are great for making crustless quiches. I have a muffin pan and don't like it, but I have a set of liners that I use with a regular muffin pan, and they're great.

My reason for not using them is that I don't want to be a guinea pig for the industry. Ask me in 20 years if I've changed my mind.
