Whenever I eat cooked eggs (scrambled and sunny side up and hardboiled) It leaves me feeling dehydrated, a little brain fogged, and low energy. I don't cook them completely well done though.
However, when I have raw eggs (egg shots and smoothie form) I feel fine and it is sort of refreshing.
Why is this? I was thinking maybe I'm not absorbing the raw eggs and that's why it doesn't affect me?
I should try eggs well cooked.
