Congratulations! What great news. You are at the start of the biggest, most challenging, most rewarding adventure of your life.
Welcome Friedrich "Fritz" Ward Rangitsch, 4-15-2010, 6lb 12oz, 18 inches to the world! Mother and child are resting, feeding, recovering fine, nervous first time Dad (me) is still reeling from the whole experience. Fascinating event, managed a fully natural "Bradley Method" birth, just a magical/traumatic/spiritual/taxing/uplifting/Primal in every way, process.
So many things to manage, get educated about over this whole process. Vaccinations, nutrition, procedures, tests, that need to be planned and managed. It is really a minefield out there! But we are so happy and are doing great. Sure am glad for the Primal/Paleo community that I have mined for info over this time. And honestly, going Primal enabled us to get pregnant and stay that way!
Congratulations! What great news. You are at the start of the biggest, most challenging, most rewarding adventure of your life.
