I wish. I wash. It still is sticky. The Big I, my home away from home. Been here just over a month. Been mauka & makai lately couple a time eh, Waipio Valley is as sweet as ever, just like the post card. Been Hilo side twice too, spoke w/ school kids about nutrition, health & GMOs. Love this island though it is rough & rocky too.

Breaky was a 1/2 pomelo & a banana berry smoothie w/ tangerine & eggs. Contemplating which way to bike today for shopping, needing to restock on some ginormous avos today, as am fresh out & I go thru em so fast. Have about 30 green bananas gifted to us, they are ripening & yellowing before my eyes. Hard fruit ripens & goes mushy in a day or 2, sometimes mere hours. Scratches morph into oozey too, fighting off an angry leg crater, but life goes on...
