Swordfish Recipes? (without a grill) page

So I got ahead of myself the other day and bought a couple of swordfish steaks before I considered that I have no idea how to cook them.

Anyone have a good recipe? I'm open to any method except grilling, but only because I don't have a grill.

pan fry them with butter and herbs. they are similar to fresh tuna so any recipe for fresh tuna steak would work.
