Hey guys, haven't tried this yet, but it looks amazing, thought I'd share it. Use coconut oil or ghee (or your favorite cooking fat) instead of vegetable oil, obviously.

Back when I worked with with some people from Vietnam they explained that it's actually "Fuh like the first part of fuck" (except with a rising pitch on the "uh").

Fair enough, that is my understanding as well. I only posted it that way because it's the title of the recipe and video. Thanks for the clarification, though.

Sprouts count as salads/veggies, actually, as far as I understand it. . . and rice noodles are questionable, but for rice-eating folks wouldn't be at issue, and then there are those kelp noodles and those mushroom noodles as alternatives.

Yeah, it isn't a Primal recipe, but I felt the foundation of it is strong. Maybe organic fermented soy? I'm not read up on it, don't know if it's OK or not. Obviously if you don't eat rice skip the rice noodles. I personally wouldn't even add honey, I think it will be flavorful enough without any sweetener.

I think the kelp noodles would work well in this.
Mushroom noodles? Where do I get those? Sound wonderful.
