Rice noodles? Bean sprouts?

Sprouts count as salads/veggies, actually, as far as I understand it. . . and rice noodles are questionable, but for rice-eating folks wouldn't be at issue, and then there are those kelp noodles and those mushroom noodles as alternatives.
it's the soy and sugar that are the killahs here. honey and. . . more fish sauce? pickled plum sauce? hmmm.
Yeah, it isn't a Primal recipe, but I felt the foundation of it is strong. Maybe organic fermented soy? I'm not read up on it, don't know if it's OK or not. Obviously if you don't eat rice skip the rice noodles. I personally wouldn't even add honey, I think it will be flavorful enough without any sweetener.
