    Ooo and also, medjool dates, raw eggs, eating calmly and chewing thoroughly, staying hydrated, moving your body.

    For me sweet potatoes help with my stools, same with salads with fat.

    I put cushions on our stools at home, and it makes them much softer.

    I wanted to say, taking some liver herbs seems to be helping me out a lot. I have no gall bladder, so I'm a bit messed up. Started taking some liver herbs yesterday and immediately things were better. Continued through today so thought I would report.
