Primary Goal: Fat loss


2 scrambled eggs cooked in ghee
2 large cups of black coffee
BAS with chicken breast, romaine lettuce, tomato, black olives, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa
Large steak cooked on bbq with pat of melted butter, steamed spinach on the side (with more butter), slice of avocado


I'm going to do this daily and hopefully get some insight into my stalled efforts. I suspect its cheese, *sigh*, or perhaps all dairy (I eat cheese and sour cream).
