I believe if you reread my post, it doesn't say the eating primal = no disease. What my post was saying was, give yourself the best chance by eating healthy and being proactive about your health.

Please don't throw the ignorance card around, that's pretty insulting and just not called for. This is a site of people putting their opinions in a forum and each has a right to their own opinion. If you truly don't like what was written, move on.
