The OP is still transitioning. Rimam1, read around this site to find the difference between primal and paleo. Paleo is a lot more strict.
At the end of the day, RaeVynn is right. At some point you'll need to stop snacking altogether. If you're hungry between meals, then your meals are too small. Stuff your face until you never want to eat again. That will keep you to the next meal.
[You know what's funny... the "eat clean" diet (Tosca Reno) advocates exactly the opposite. You have to eat meals every three hours, and if you're NOT hungry in between, then you need to eat LESS at the mini-meals. Wow what a load, I'm glad I got off that ride fast.]

Co-worker 2: Needed to lose ~55. Lost 20 from stress. Started Primal in Sept, lost 20 more, but gained 10 back on a carb spree. We're working on it.
