    Is Oxidised Cholesterol bad?

    So i know Oxidised Cholesterol in the blood is bad, but is eating oxidised cholesterol bad? I mean for years people thought Cholesterol in the diet meant a raise in Cholesterol in the blood, which it never did. So is eating oxidised cholesterol bad or is it just when the cholesterol made in your blood oxidises the real damage is done?

    How to say it without "telling you what to do"......Hmmm. Well one should and can eat scrambled and not worry about the oxidizing of ones cholesterol as long as one is cooking in stable fats like butter and coconut oil and not burning the eggs.

    Ha, i'm more concerned about the oxidise cholesterol in pasturized milk, it's all they sell here. Also you can tell me what to do, it just pisses me off when people assume your eating crap when you were just asking a question.

    I imagine it gets absorbed nevertheless, so whether you oxidize it before you eat it, or oxidize it in vivo, it would behoove you to avoid doing either.

    Cooking eggs, or any natural, untampered-with, foods seems benign, as long as it's not over cooked, and cooked with a stable oil, or water. Plus, adding vegetables seems like it could help avoid oxidation to an even further extent, but don't quote me, do the research yourself to be sure.
