Most of my sprint sessions are done fasted, and i usually perform better than when fed. After a sprint workout I'm ravenous, whether I've been fasting or not.

I do all my working out fasted and eat after, oddly even after a really intense sprint session I'm not even hungry for a couple hours.

I always try and sprint fasted actually. It actually seems easier b/c you feel lighter and feel like you get a better workout overall (if that makes any sense). It's also proven to elevate growth hormone rapidly and sustain it afterward until you spike your insulin again so it's great for lean muscle preservation in the big scheme of things.
