Ice cream making question
I recently returned an inexpensive ice cream maker - each time so much ice cream stuck to the sides of the bowl that the churning device essentially forced itself out of the bowl. I am thinking of asking Santa for one. But, before I do I'm wondering if "good" ice cream makers help avoid this problem or if maybe it was related more to me doing something wrong (incorrect ingredients for "good freezing", bowl too cold/not cold enough, etc). I will probably be using coconut milk instead of cream if that matters at all in finding the "right" ice cream maker.
