Buy a squat rack, a barbell, and some plates. Build a platform. Win.

There's a ton you can do. You can buy a few small pieces of equipment. resistance bands, physio ball, door frame pull up bar. Push ups, pull ups and squats are some of the best exercises you can do!

People sell used equipment all the time on craigslist.

There are channels on you tube that post daily work outs. Bodeefit sends a daily work out to your email. I think its all body weight, no major equipment. IF you want to put the work in, the resources are out there!

With a kettlebell, a pullup-bar and a jump rope (maybe add a yoga mat) you can do a lot for your body!

I changed what I eat and started by counting calories.

Exercise:- Press ups, Dips (between chairs), Squats (hug something heavy), Pullups under a table, Sprinting, Plank/sit ups and Burpees should keep you in shape. As you can see, you don't really need any expensive equipment.
Why use a sledge hammer to crack a nut when a steam roller is even more effective, and, is fun to drive.

Convict conditioning, all you'll ever need.
Do what you love and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. if you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching tv. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop, they will be waiting for you when you start doing the things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.
