Today I had a smaller breakfast - 2 eggs instead of the 3 I'd been having - and sure enough, 3 hours later, I was hungry. Tomorrow, back to 3 eggs! Just had plain Fage w/raspberries (a cup, maybe) and a small banana mixed in there. My God, that's good! I realize that dairy can be inflammatory, but at this point, I want to focus my efforts on avoiding wheat/grains more than anything else. My MIL made a lasagna for the family tonight - and for me, she made meatballs. No breadcrumbs. My MIL is a lovely woman. I think I'll keep her! (I have a spaghetti squash just waiting for me to roast it - rah!)

Last time I was serious about primal/paleo and exercising, I got down to 102.6, and the widest part of my thighs together was 36.75. Sounds like a good goal to aim for.
