I alternate it with regular tap water. Primalgirl has an explanation of how she came up with this formula on her blog under 'hospital visit', but it is essentially to provide your body with the raw materials to make what it needs to keep your electrolytes balanced. I've gotten so I really like the taste, even though I was a plain water gal before.
No recommendations for vitamins/minerals, though. Are you generally well-nourished, or was your blow-out indicative of how you usually eat? If you are just going a day or two more, I wouldn't worry about it, or risk the effect of vitamin pills on an empty stomach(some people feel sick when they do- you know yourself best). If you think you are going to go for a while longer, maybe get some liquid vitamins, and spread them throughout the day.
Have you looked at any of the other fasting threads? Lots of good information and viewpoints.
@Sabine: thanks for the above info. I ended up not taking any vitamins or vegetable juices and felt fine.
I ended my fast 3 days ago at 96 hours. It went 48 hours longer than planned. I felt fantastic during the second half of the fast and in the 3 days since then. Lots of energy, bordering on recklessness: I went for a walk of 25 miles the day after walking 15 miles (coming from complete couch potato land). I lost about 10 pounds over the 96 hours and have gained 2 lbs back since eating again.
I broke my fast with bacon and eggs and it tasted so good. Now I'm going to eat on a 20/4 schedule. I'm 5'9 and weigh 175 currently (on a skinny frame, estimate 20 - 25% fat), aiming for 140lbs at about 10% fat.
I tried doing pullups last week and couldn't do one, but today I managed to do 3 sets of 1 each. I also "sprinted" up a hill a few times, though at what would be a jogging speed for most people.
Yesterday I cheated... ate a box of 6 coconut ice cream bars (~700 calories, about 120g carbs total). Those bars are so damn good with a cup of coffee (and cheap, $2 for 6 bars). I think that's going to be my remaining constant vice, one binge of 6 coconut bars a week. Otherwise all my carbs are coming from veggies and a little dark chocolate.
Overall real glad I started this journey, thanks to everyone who posted encouragement.

I had a bad week Started a new job and, while it is going well, my diet and sleep have suffered. I had freedom to choose my own hours before, so I usually worked nocturnally and slept during from sunrise to mid-afternoon. Now I am working 9-5. The problem is I don't get sleepy until about 4 or 5AM and end up getting 2 or 3 hours of sleep a night. I am still skipping breakfast and lunch and eating between 6PM and midnight. But I haven't been able to deal with my sugar cravings... I eat a six-pack of Coconut cream bars every night (total 720 kcal, 130g carbs, 96g sugar). Other than that I am eating well (fish and veggies) but I can't seem to kick the sugar habit. It's noticeable on my face: much of the cheek fat I lost during my 2 weeks of Primal living has come back. I'm still eating better than before and taking a daily 2-3 mile walk, but wonder if eating almost 100g of sugar daily is going to sabotage my efforts to live Primally. I'm wolfing down a coconut bar as I type with a big cup of coffee...
Yes. Ditch the sugar. Since you like those coconut cream bars, how about buying some dried coconut, shredded or flaked as a munchie substitution?

Hard to believe that's true. So I would have to walk 15 miles to burn off the 720 kcal!
