Last year I completed a half marathon in 1:39. However we found out the race was incorrectly marked and it ended up being only 12.7 miles. This year my goal was to complete the same (fixed) race in 90 minutes. I just completed it in 88:25. Next year my goal will be 80 minutes.

Primal definitely puts me in the best position to better myself physically.

My current (next few months) goal is to get to being able to do 20 pushups at a time, as well as run 4 miles in under 24 minutes.
