And so it begins... again. I have dabbled in Primal/paleo for a couple years now. When I stick to it (at least 80%), I feel great. I go to the gym. I sleep better. I get up earlier. I enjoy it.

So why... WHY... do I fall into old habits of eating heavy carbs, drinking beer instead of red wine, snacking, finding room for dessert, etc., if I KNOW it makes me look and feel crappy? It stops today... again. Make it stick this time.
