So as has been the pattern, day off = taking some liberties. This is what I want to have stop. I guess I'm making baby steps (no nachos, pizza, super carb heavy entree) but it could have been better. Didn't have to eat onion rings, didn't have to have beer. Certainly didn't have to have carrot cake. Justified it b/c wife is travelling for work next week, then I'll be traveling the week after and our schedules won't match-up for awhile. Kinda our last night out and about for probably a month... so enjoyed a few things with her. Only OK if stick to plan over the next few weeks (i.e. not have an excuse since I'll be eating on my own... not that the excuse is a good one anyway)

Little bump from dinner/drinks/dessert the night before. No big deal. Back to it

30 mins at 5 mph on treadmill. 25 mins on elliptical (moderate pace)
Faster thru the day until dinner. Just one meal and a drink after work.
Hot wings (cooked myself in slow cooker... Very good! No need to buy wings out anymore)
Mango margarita (tequila, lime juice, mango chunks)
4 beers out at night
Long LONG day of work. Stayed good at lunch and strayed just a bit in the late afternoon. Considering there was a full spread of cakes, cookies, taco bar, chowder, popcorn, etc.... not bad.

Actually pleasantly surprised with the weight at 230 after straying a bit each of the past two days. Weird day after a long one yesterday. Had to wake up at 5:30 to drive to airport. Got some sleep, but clock pretty thrown off. Great job to NOT grab a crappy lunch (burger, fries, etc.)
Only food today: baby back ribs. Yes I have been a bit obsessed with them lately. Was in costco looking for something, so got a full rack. half for lunch, half for dinner. Sauce does have some sugar, but figured it was better than the alternative. (pizza, sub, burger)
Unsure if I can hit the gym tomorrow... definitely Wednesday.
Fasted through the day until dinner (other than coffee). Another weird day... had to drive someone to airport early (again!) and still felt really tired from a long weekend of work. Finally feel caught up tonight and looking forward to a productive day off... including a visit to the gym!

Having a hell of a time breaking through the barrier at 230, but really happy I'm staying on point for the most part and straying in moderation instead of killing myself in the gym and eating Waay less just to get a number on the scale. Definitely look better... Definitely getting stronger.
Having said that, had a few beers again! Haha overall a good day though
