Overall a good day because I was out and about all day... Many opportunities for an unhealthy snack... But am very in control of

Got up early (for me)... Got to the gym for a brief lift, jog. Overall a good day. Hunger has been controlled.

Have officially lost 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Tougher from here, but another 20 is doable in the next 2 months. Really happy with how easy it's been to control emotional eating, avoid beer (while there's even some in the fridge!) and just
stay the course despite not working out like crazy.

solid day overall. So easy to cruise through a large part of the day without eating, then eat a big one and keep going.

1 Beer at night (Yes, I have been trying to avoid beer, but I enjoy home brewing and have had a batch waiting to be tested. Kept it to one tonight. Not a deal breaker)
I love the feeling I get after eating now. I can tell my body is processing the food so much more efficiently. I never feel weighed-down after a big meal. Just good stuff for the body to use.
Another solid day. Back in the gym to lift. Gonna try to lift 3 days per week leangains style.

Gym: moderate elliptical 45 minutes
Decent, but not good on the sweet drinks at night. Diet soda not great, but tolerable ONCE IN AWHILE. The orange juice is killer. Really wanted it though... Needed something sweet to hit the spot.
Overall, still under 100 carbs for the day, so not the end of the world, but certainly have to focus on making water/seltzer the primary options

Had 3 beers tonight and some chips and dip (dip was primal, chips not)
Worked out - bench press, dips, planks, walk. Good day off compared to before. Still focused/excited about results in progress.
