Many thanks for the kind words of support, encouragement and ideas as well.
I think I had been a bit negative initially - I cant do this because- too old- too heavy - no time etc. That sort of thing.
Now I am lighter and fitter it will be easier to get motivated again. I went back to the primal fitness ebook and instead of saying to myself, pull up bars - what are these -never seen one in my life- I thought - lets try the squat exercise against a wall and then the push up one against a wall . We will see how things shape out! I will report back at a later date.
