If it's a no go, I'm not going!

I put apple cider vinegar on everything.

Man I put balsamic vinegar on most of my salads, and use it often to deglaze the pan when I make various dishes to give them a sauce. I use it in place of soy sauce, and in place of sweeteners in savory dishes. It's got carbs, but I put that in my 20% and it would be difficult to go over 50g of carbs on account of vinegar I think.

Agreed - and I've read (in hippy dippy literature) that it stabilizes blood sugar... wonder if there's any truth there...

Good to know! (Tell your wife that I think nurses are much smarter than doctors!)

Suki: I made a late in life career change from electrical engineer to nurse. Worked at it a bit over five years before losing my hearing in an acute attack--instant quietness. Can't be a deaf nurse. Point is---I have to agree with you.

I too would be in big trouble - since I make all my salad dressings and they pretty much all have either Balsalmic or ACV!!
