It looks like you are eating at the exact amount you need to keep your weight stable. You'll need to cut some calories to get it to move and stay down. Don't eat the potatoes with 1200 calories in mind, eat just enough to satisfy your hunger. I'm a 6' 190 pound guy and I can do well eating 2-3 pounds (.8 - 1.5kg or so). What you want to do is use the week or so you are eating potatoes to move some fat, then go back to healthy eating for a stretch.
I like to skip breakfast, eat one big, hot, baked potato for lunch, then 2 or 3 potatoes fixed in various ways for dinner. If I get hungry between those meals, I like to have some small boiled potatoes standing by I can eat cold with salt.
Are you really in Latvia? I spent some time in Riga in the 90's. Beautiful place. Lots of potato-lovers there!
