In 4 Hour Body Ferris says: vinegar, contrary to the expectations did not lower blood sugar (and he was drinking 3 tbsp of it!) while lemon juice, again, contrary to the expectations, did. Right now I am experimenting with drinking juice of 1/2 lemon before every meal. Call me crazy, but I really want to find something to keep blood sugar and appetite stable & improve my sleep. I am already taking magnesium and potassium citrates. I am adding melatonin next week. My stack of supplements is growing rapidly, as much as I hate it. I am not given to hypochondria, but i want to find out what works, and taking 5HTP & B for cramps showed me that sometimes supplements do work.
