60 - 150g a day...it really varies. Tonight I will probably end up having 100g+ in one meal, but sometimes I only hit 60 a day.

About 200g a day, maybe a little less if I skip a meal.

    That's from 750g of meat/fish (250 a meal).

250g or so for a normal day. 300g+ if I have been working out.

All from meat. There's no good reason to consume protein powder.

i'm anywhere between 120-180, at least, the last time i tracked, which I don't do anymore because i get all OCD about it. and, like tarlach, its all from meat - i used to consume protein powder PWO, but i dropped that.

I was getting some good pre-packed organic hormone/antibiotic free ground beef from Costco... I even got organic H/AB free all beef hotdogs.

I eat 140g-180g of protein each day (180lb). I am trying to build muscle though. I use whey protein whenever I seem to be a little low for the day, typically 3-4 times each week (only 1 scoop max).

About 3000 on a normal day. Probably 4000+ the day after I workout.

    Lots.

I usually get 120-140g/day, which is more than 1g/pound of total bodyweight. Real food only -- no powders.

I'm female, age 31, 5'3", 118 lbs, about 16% BF, and very active (including heavy lifting). I don't go out of my way to consume more or less protein on workout vs. rest days. I do adjust carb intake according to activity.

    It works for me.
