Any refined coconut oil will have no smell or taste.
I use the spectrum, but as Zach says, I guess I need to be refined.
Tropical Traditions is the BEST coconut oil. They have several grades, including ones with no coconut taste or smell. I believe their Green Label oil is the one you're looking for.

Refined should have no taste at all... if it tasted like engine oil tossing it out (or returning it) was the right thing to do!
Virgin should taste like coconut.
Refined- no taste at all.
Same thing in our house... I like the virgin on pretty much everything! Husband likes the virgin oil on sweet plantains, but on anything else it has to be the refined or he might notice the slight coconut scent/taste.
Our body is our subconscious mind, and anybody who thinks that their conscious mind is running the show is seriously mistaken. In fact the conscious mind just may be the most narcissistic entity in the universe, it thinks it's running the show. It's not.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.
If your husband doesn't like coconut oil, why use it? Use ghee. It's essentially dairy-free since the milk solids are removed, the smoke point is higher than coconut oil, it's much more nutritious and it's way more versatile. It can be used in everything from dessert to breakfast to heavy meat dishes. Refined coconut oil is going to be less nutritious (coconut oil isn't very nutritious anyway), so why use it? I'd much rather use grassfed butter, ghee, extra virgin olive oil or rendered animal fats than refined coconut oil any day.
