I came upon some oxtail in the grocery store and always wanted to try it but could never find it to buy.... well, now I have it, but I don't have a clues as to what to make with it, and I don't want to make stew..... any thoughts?

LOL, my family is already grossed out by the whole idea of ox tails.

No. Too much sinew for anything but stew or soup
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine
