... sure does ... ours was shredded white cabbage, grated carrot, grated cheddar, slug of cider vinegar and mayonnaise made from egg yolks, lemon juice and olive oil. All that zinginess to work with the fattiness in the meat.

It did turn out fabulous:-) Had it over sweet potatoes n asparagus, with avacado on the side...Deeeeelish!!!!

Just had some of this pulled pork-wonderful! I cd.n't wait for the Xmas party to try it out and I will make a new batch for then. I cd.n't resist adding a greater amt. of the seasonings than the recipe called for at the last step, but o-wise followed it to a tee.
