    Two quotes from the article:

    Extreme exercise is not conducive to great cardiovascular health.

    Overtraining syndrome is bad for you. People have known this for a while. Even Mark.
    Female, 5'3", 49, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135 (more or less).
    Starting squat: 45lbs. Highest squat: 167.5 x 2. Current Deadlift: 210 x 3

    Chronic cardio is bad, but someone who has attained fitness can jog at a slow pace for healthy low-level cardio.
    F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
