Breakfast - nothing, except maybe tea
Lunch - nothing
Dinner - everything! Then a 20 - 23 hour fast. Pound of meat, half-a-pot of coffee with a cup of coconut milk mixed (420 calories) in, maybe mushrooms, usually eggs, maybe a tin of fish, usually at least one avocado, some berries, dark chocolate, sometimes a sweet potato (though not lately), other Primal fare as exists. Sometimes I have an apple or two or an avocado three or four hours after dinner on break at work.
That's for fat loss, though. Now that I've done that, I'm adding muscle and often eat two meals a day, one like normal and another that's basically just a protein bomb.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
