    Meal frequency ...

    Hi, I want to know your primal meals frequencies when you want to lose weight ? For me it looks like this:

    1-Eat a Mammoth for breakfast
    2-Eat a sabre tooth tiger for diner
    3-Eat a squirrel for supper
    4-After that, water or tea only.

    *All meal are with veggies, and are base on Primal blueprint paleo list.
