I have also had this issue. I actually still get it from time to time. So what I do now is track everything on FitDay and at the end of the day I look at it and see if I got all my daily nutrition. If I am missing some somewhere I fix it before I go to bed. Example, If I am missing some magnesium that day, I will make myself a spinach salad with pumpkin seeds, almonds and cashews before I go to bed. Since doing this, I have not had an "episode". Granted, it has only been about 2 weeks of me doing this. So I am thinking it is just something I was missing. Maybe it is the same for you.
