Seriously, I can't afford a tailor. My arms almost tear the sleeves while this useless tent hangs off my pecs over my waist. I think I'll maintain strength with body weight exercise and see if I can drop some of this mass on top. Skinny people look younger, anyway.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
