I've been eating about 1/2 cup of cocoa nibs daily. As far as macros, they look pretty solid (see: Calories in Theo - Cocoa Nibs, Roasted | Nutrition Information Facts and Data Analysis ) and I'm keeping my carbs below 50g and my calories within range. Is there anything to worry about with these (particularly in regards to unintentional weight gain)? Mark seems to promote them as one of the purest forms of chocolate.
