One thing I am doing is planning a lunch for some close women friends - none of whom are "primal" eaters.
On the menu:
1. Grilled shrimp with herbs and olive oil
2. garlicky squash soup
3. greens with pomegranate, walnuts, and goat cheese and homemade ranch dressing
4. coconut/chocolate ice "cream" with nut "cookies"
5. coffee with whipped cream and cinnamon or warmed chai tea
That's it so far. My man/boys are coming home for the holidays and I know they are not eating the way we are, so it should be interesting when they look in the pantry and all they see are coffee beans, coconut milk, coconut oil, and tomato sauce.
Hey guys, want some bacon and eggs for breakfast? ... Yeah... I don't think it will be a problem
