Hello! I'm new. I've been eating Paleo (following Practical Paleo) for about a week and a half now and I love how I feel - but I find I'm getting overwhelmed a bit. I figured some forums would be a huge help.

How Primal are you: Eating strict Paleo. But I suck at exercising.

Do you consume dairy: Just butter

Do you drink coffee or tea: No

Motivator for switching to Primal: Tired of feeling like food was ruling my life. Known gluten intolerance, and a suspected issue with dairy making my blood sugar nuts.

Favorite exercise: None? Well, I like yoga.

Favorite Primal food: I really like cooking with fat - butter, coconut oil, etc. It makes things more flavorful, and (bonus!) it makes the pans easier to clean after I've cooked!

Best part about being Primal: Energy! I've felt like crap on and off for almost 5 years now.

Worst part about being Primal: Not understanding enough about the science behind it to really COMPLETELY believe it's a good idea
