How's NZ today?

wouldnt one hope that one would get older and wiser... nope. It is not going to be a primal today. I have just scarfed down a sausage roll and a bottle of coke. I dont feel particularly good. Its going to be a long long day.... with more coke later I expect. The only good news is that this level of overindulgence will see me dry out for a while... I think if I was to even look at or smell a glass of wine I might be sick.

I did have a very nice lunch though yesterday, shame about all the wine I had with it

oh dear. Does it count that I really dont want to drink again. It is just such a dumb idea. not just because of the fact that I feel like crap but because I have done nothing but eat crap all day... am now onto the lollies. I have fallen off the wagon, however apparently I am stuck under the wheels and they just keep ker-thudding over me.

Winecandy - good job collating all the evidence! Yes we all know better. Suse, when I go to NZ we have to have a drink!!

I hope you can struggle through the day. This time yesterday I wanted my head to be amputated it hurt so much. Hope the coke and chips kick in soonish.
