    Consumption of Basa fish

    Hello members ,


    Is eating Basa fish any good? I have read mixed reviews online . I have been eating pan seared Basa fillets for dinner everyday.

    I would really appreciate if you guys could help me out

    They are farmed so no - Beware basa (or pangas) fish - snopes.com
